Returns
- We accept returns within 7 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact us with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a 7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Products
- In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at contact us . We will require photos or videos of the damaged or defective product for assessment. Please ensure to provide the unpacking video for faster returns/exchanges and refunds.
- Upon verification, we will offer you a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
- We may also request the return of the damaged or defective item. If so, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for the return
Cancellation Before Dispatch:
- Orders can be canceled only before they have been dispatched from our warehouse.
- To cancel an order before dispatch, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. You can reach us via contact us.
- We will make every effort to accommodate your cancellation request before the order is dispatched. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
- Refunds for canceled orders before dispatch will be processed according to our refund policy.
